Tell the story, not the address.
Do not dox people or publish phone numbers, home addresses, identity numbers, private intimate material or other unnecessary identifying information. Protect My Chai may redact risky details automatically.
No threats or targeted abuse
Threats, stalking, coercion, harassment, hate abuse, blackmail and sexual exploitation are not entertainment.
Serious allegations
High-risk accusations and sensitive content may be held for review rather than published automatically. Context labels such as Heard Chai or First-hand do not override safety rules.
Right of response
People who believe a story concerns them can use the Other Side and dispute processes for response, correction, redaction or removal review.
Enforcement
Actions can include redaction, distribution limits, removal, warning, suspension or ban. Users may appeal eligible decisions.
Kebarick Chai is operated as a Kebarick Everyday product. These operational policies are designed for the Kenya launch and remain subject to legal/compliance review as the service evolves.
