Your Pseudo name is separated from the private Identity Vault. We use verified account information for account security, age assurance, fraud prevention, trust and safety, legal compliance and other purposes explained when information is collected.

What we process

Account verification data, device/session security metadata, content and interactions, reports, purchases/bookings and information you choose to submit through Unganisha Wapenzi or professional services.

Your controls

You can manage discoverability and notifications in Privacy settings and submit access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability requests from your account.

Safety and lawful disclosure

Moderators do not receive routine access to raw Identity Vault data. Exceptional identity access uses a restricted, audited approval workflow. We may preserve information under a valid legal hold or where required for safety, fraud prevention or legal obligations.

Security incidents

We maintain an incident-response process for unauthorised access and other personal-data events, including regulatory and affected-user notification workflows where required.

Privacy requests should be submitted in-app so they are authenticated and tracked.
