Purchased Chai Coins can be used for eligible in-app content, features and experiences shown at the point of purchase or use.

Content

You are responsible for what you submit. The platform may redact, hold, limit distribution, remove or preserve content in accordance with Community Standards, safety requirements and lawful processes.

Unganisha Wapenzi

Unganisha Wapenzi is a structured communication tool, not an emergency service or substitute for professional legal, medical or mental-health care. Safety disclosures may divert a case away from reconciliation.

Kebarick Chai is operated as a Kebarick Everyday product. These operational policies are designed for the Kenya launch and remain subject to legal/compliance review as the service evolves.
